Basics:
- I am not a machine. I am a human with feelings and a life outside of art. Always keep that in mind when commissioning anyone.
- I view commissions as a business, not as a hobby and I will treat them as such. I will do my best to always remain professional and pleasant when working with you.
- Just because you commission me, does not make us friends. Please keep the commission process one of business. If a friendship comes of it, let it happen naturally and without art involved.
- I am not online all hours of the day. I might be a little busy and unable to reply.
- Just because I read your message doesn't mean I can reply right away.

Commission Process:
1. Send me a quote or ask me for a link to the quote form. I am a bit picky on what commissions I will accept but I am mostly always open.
2. When I have the chance I will go through the form. I will remove any forms that:
3. Once I have removed any unwanted forms, I will randomly select a few commissions from the form. Usually offering 3-6 slots per month.
4. I will then contact you if you have received a slot. I will also give a price break down if a quote was not given before hand.
5. When the commissioner agrees on the price, I will then send out an invoice. I do not start until payment is received.
6. I do not give WIPs unless paid for. The only exceptions to this is if you are buying traditional art or buying art featuring my old style.
7. After I make any edits to the piece (please read Edits below for more info) and the new WIP is approved, I will finish the commission in one go in a week's time.
8. Once the piece is finished, you are free to repost the piece, so long as you follow my rules on reposting below under Rights.
2. When I have the chance I will go through the form. I will remove any forms that:
- Do not follow my TOS.
- Contain an idea I am not currently keen on drawing.

When Ordering a Commission:
- I do not discuss commissions. I do not have time to talk about ideas or details. So when commissioning, make sure you have your idea fully fleshed out.
- I for the most part, only do artistic freedom now. You are free to give me a specific idea and pose, but I am less likely to pick commissions that require a very specific pose and idea. I prefer when a commissioner gives me a vague idea or theme and lets me draw it how I see fit.
- I will charge extra, or may refuse changes to pieces if you failed to specify or give me enough details.
- If you are using someone's artwork for a pose, clothing, etc, I will not replicate it exactly. That image and the details in it belong to them, not you.
- Do not give me more information than needed. I do not need to know everything about your character, such as their personality or background story. Make sure all info given is relevant to the image.
- Once you submit the commission form, your idea is locked in. I will not make changes to the image afterwards.
- You are free to commission me for art of a friend, but I need them to message me letting me know they give permission.
Group Commissions:
- I do allow for multiple people sharing a commission.
- All people featured in the commission, paying or not, MUST read this TOS as well.
- I only accept payment from the person filling out the form. If you want to split payment, please make sure all funds are sent to the person filling out the form.
- I will only discuss the piece with the person filling out the form. Sending WIPs, the final image, etc will all be done through one individual. It is their job to inform the others on the progress of the image as well as relaying information back to me.
- When going over the WIP and asking for edits, all rules stay the same. For more info, read WIPs and Edits below.
- I will ignore messages from other parties in the commission that have to do with changes or edits.

Payments:
- All payments are in USD and are paid through PayPal unless stated otherwise.
- Do NOT send me payment before we have agreed on a price. I will then send you an invoice.
- I always take all payment upfront. Payment is required 24 hours after and invoice has been sent.
- Please do not assume my prices or send me your own price break down. If you want to know exactly what your commission will cost, please fill out a quote form. I will message you with a quote regardless if commissions are open.
- Quotes are good for 60 days. If I change my prices within those 60 days, the price I quoted you at will not change.
- I will ignore quote forms that are vague and do not give me substantial information to work with.
- If you are doing a joint or group commission, having everyone send their payments to one person to then send to me is required.
Tips:
- I accept tips through the PayPal invoice or through Ko-fi. Tips are not necessary, but they are very much appreciated. Unless we've worked together before, I advise all tips be given after you've received your finished commission through Ko-fi. This way you can decide if the work was worth a tip or not!

Refunds:
- You may request a refund at any time.
- I will send a refund as soon as possible. I might be away from the computer or asleep, so please give me time to reply. Do not do a charge back! I never spend my money before I finish a piece so I can always guarantee a refund when I am online.
- If you request a refund after I've already started, there is one of two options we might take:
- If I choose to cancel the commission due to personal reasons, I will give a full refund.
- If I choose to cancel the commission due to rudeness or other issues between us, I will give a refund based on how much work has been done.

- If you request a refund after I've already started, there is one of two options we might take:
- I will refund you the amount calculated minus the amount of work I have already completed. You will be allowed to keep any completed work at this stage.
- I give a full refund at the sketch stage. You relinquish all rights to any WIPs given and may not reuse or post them. I will then use any unused sketches as YCHs.

WIPs and Edits:
- As stated above, I no longer give WIPs. That is unless it is for a traditional piece or a commission featuring my old art style.
(Note that this does not include any sketch commissions. I cannot give you a sketch for a sketch commission.)
- Note, my WIPS/sketches are just that, sketchy. Some detailed and definition will be added when inking.
- If I am unsure of how to draw a specific pose, I may send you a very rough pose sketch for clarification. This does not count as your main WIP.
- Once I've given you a WIP sketch, take a moment to process it before asking for edits. I do all edits in one go so make sure you catch any mistakes in this stage. I suggest looking over the sketch for at least 10 minutes before replying.
- After I send the WIP, there are two ways it can go:
- Once I make the changes, I will send you another sketch. If there are any small, minimal changes to be made, I will fix them in inking. Any major changes will cost extra.
- If you did not specify the pose you wanted or left it too vague and want a change, there are a few options:

- You approve of the sketch and I move along to the finishing stages of the commission. Here I will finish it in one go and no more WIPs are given. I will only make free changes if I personally missed something in coloring.
- You tell me what to change. I will make small changes to the piece, such as making things bigger or smaller, moving a hand or adjusting an expression. I will not make major changes to poses unless I made a mistake. Make sure to give me /all/ the changes you want in one reply.

- I redo the sketch after you give me more direction. In this case, you forgo any rights to the initial WIP and are not allowed to keep, share or repost it. I will use the sketch as a future YCH.
- You pay an additional fee and I will redo the pose for you and you may keep the original WIP sketch.
- If this happens a second time, I may issue a refund and cancel the commission.
Communication:
- If you are having issues reaching me, I might be busy. Give it 24 hours or check my FA or Twitter as I may have posted an update there. I will always do my best to reply in under 24 hours if I am able.
- As mentioned before. Do not contact me on other sites or on other accounts to phish for information on your commission.
- Do not contact my friends or partner in an attempt to get a hold of me.
- If I send you a note about winning a commission slot and you do not reply in 24 hours, I will move on and give the slot to someone else.
- If I send you a WIP and do not hear back in a week, I will issue a full refund and use the sketch as a YCH.

Additional Fees:
- I have the right to charge additional fees in areas as I see fit. These will be discussed before payment is received.
- I charge a difficulty fee depending on what I considered to be complex. Things such as difficult/an abundance of markings, wings, many small details, etc.
Alternate Versions:
- I no longer offer alternate versions of images. The only exception of this is if it is a wet and dry version of a diaper.
- That is unless you are buying art featuring my old style. These do cost a lot though. I may charge as much as $100 for an alternate version of an image.
- Big alternate versions such as versions with and without clothing, changes to expression and posing, or other big changes will cost a good deal extra. Some massive alternate versions may even cost double the price or I may refuse all together. Remember, there is a lot of work that goes into alternate versions.
Streaming and Private Commissions:
- I do offer to stream commissions for a fee. We must agree upon a date and time between Mon-Fri and 3pm-8pm PST. I may refuse this at any time.
- Each stream costs $40 per hour on top of the price of the commission. Aside from the pose, you may ask for as many edits as you want so long as it is within the time frame.
- Max 3 hours ($120) to have your image streamed.
- If you do not like these fees, simply wait for me to offer stream commissions.
- I am also okay with private commissions. I offer a few options, such as:

- Entirely private, I will not post your image. This costs $10-40 extra depending on the type of commission.
- I am free to post the commission, but I must not mention who it is for or simply do not mention it was a commission. This is free.
- I edit the color and markings of the character and post it as an anonymous commissioner. $0-10 depending on how much I have to change.
Rights:
- Rights and permissions may be revoked at any time if I found you breaking my TOS.
I will politely contact you about this first. If no reply is received or if you refuse to cooperate, I will work towards contacting any Mods/Admins needed as well as file a DMCA.
- Breaking my TOS may result in being blacklisted from future commissions as well as being blocked.
My Rights:
- You may own the character(s) in the image, but I remain all rights to the image itself. This means unless you purchase the full rights to the image that:
- This does not mean:
Reposting:
- You are free to repost the image I drew for you, so long as you:
- I do not give out the PSD files for commissions.
Edits:
- Under no circumstance are you allowed to edit an image I have drawn for you without permission. This includes:
- If I found you have edited or misused a commission you've received from me, I may take up action with you.
- If you would like me to make some changes, say in the case of you adding new markings or something similar to your character, let me know. Depending, I may make these changes for free.
- You or a friend are allowed to color/shade your commissioned sketch/line work, so long as it was done for free and I am still credited for the work I did.
Usage:
- You are free to privately do what you want with your image. Such as make a print, put it on a shirt, make a sticker out of it, etc. So long as it is for your personal use only.
- As mentioned above, you do not own the rights to any completed work unless you pay an additional fee.
- Please do not use the commissioned art as a telegram sticker, as a spray in TF2, or in other similar ways without asking me first. I will most likely say yes, but I may want to be credited or have some rules in place.
- If you resell a character featured in a commission I drew for you, this is fine. Just please, inform the new owner of my TOS. This way they can refrain from infringing on my TOS.

Will and Will Not:
Below is a page with my will and will not list. Unless it is listed under “Will Not”, I will usually draw it. But even though I am open to drawing most subject matters, I may at any time refuse a commission, regardless of the subject. I often find myself being stuck in a corner, being commissioned to draw the same things on repeat. To avoid this, I tend to filter out any ideas I am not currently fond of. You are always free to try again however.

Credits:
- As mentioned before, I do require credit whenever my art is reposted.
- If I do not have an account on the site you are using, simply link to my FA or Twitter when applicable.
- Though not necessary, I would prefer you retweet or forward my upload when it comes to sites like Twitter and programs like Telegram. I often upload commissions to one of these areas. I struggle to find a footing on some sites and a retweet vs a repost is most appreciated.
- Please, when crediting me, try to credit the correct account. I know I have several accounts across many sites, but if you are unsure, please ask. I don't want people @'ing my kink account when reposting clean artwork.
- All major sites I use as well as what I post to those sites can be found HERE
